It is considered that one fourth people of the population  under breadline are in India. Most of these people are anti socials, criminals, drug addicted individuals, drunkards, people affected by sin of society, people left out on streets, marriage failed individuals, patients, victims of natural disasters and social calamities etc. Without any doubts we can say that these people without homes, job, food and education has become anti social elements and criminals.
